The first time I took these skates to the rink, I felt something very odd and and uncomfortable when I pulled on the right boot. I slipped it off and found that the inside foot pad was missing! I sent it back to the Seller but ended up paying the return shipping because I followed the instructions on the form that came with the skates. The form did not say that a Return Slip must be obtained in advance of my shipping the skates back. Signed, "Disgusted."

I love this pair of skates! Couldn't find anything like it in stores! I'm just a recreational skater, so i didn't want hockey skates or figure skates... just wanted a pair of nice skates with adequate ankle support! These skates are everything I wanted, support, comfort, style, etc. Feels like a nice pair of boots when you're wearing them!
