Great Addition to a Hockey skate!!Dec 24, 2009
By Dustin Ortbals If you have a medium arch and you want more from your hockey skate, this is the product for you. I use this product in Bauer Vapor X40's and it completely changed the Skate. They feel like slippers, just like my old ratty skates.

The Cat's MeowApr 21, 2010
By Hal C. Elrod I bicycle. My road shoes started to hurt on long rides. I bought these insoles. My shoes no longer hurt.
There's nothing fancy about them, but somehow they work well. Maybe it is the arch support or something.
Only drawbacks: road cycling shoes are shaped a little weird, and these didn't fit in as well in the heel as I would have liked. No impact on performance though. Also, they are not cheap. But cheaper than new shoes or hurting with every stroke.

Fixed my painful skate problem.Feb 08, 2011
By Gudloki Bought some new inline skates which were painful on my feet after about 30 minutes. Picked up a set of these inserts and was amazed at how much they improved the comfort of the skates. I will be buying these for all my future skate/boot/shoes!

Great for carbon soles cycling shoesSep 01, 2011
By robert stechert These insoles are fantastic replacements for stock and poorly made cycling shoe insoles. They provide good comfort and support and don't compromise the stiff carbon soles of my new cycling shoes. Every bit as good as a custom orthodic.

Great sole upgrades for cycling cleatsAug 17, 2011
By Brian Hackathorne
"Brian"
I used these soles to replace the stock Sidi soles due to lack of arch support. The soles placed my feet with more emphasis on the ball of the foot rather than flat footing it across the platform. I had issues with the stock soles in many, less Bontrager with the eSoles, cleats which resulted in hot spots. These soles put a ton of arch support in without it feeling like a rock in the shoe. Great starting point for anyone having hotfoot issues before going to shims.
